I don't see blue skies ahead. As a matter of fact one can see the gray clouds around the cities when driving toward them. They're not rain clouds.

It will get worse. I don't see most people having the will to do the hard push on elected officials (at the federal level) and those who are doing the work locally just won't be able to make enough of a difference.
